Brittney Lugo | Artist & Founder Brittney’s career is defined by 10+ years of continuous refinement. Her journey began in the fast-paced environment of traditional shops, where she built her foundation from the ground up, mastering the technical grit of the craft. That drive eventually led her to work alongside some of the most world-renowned artists in the industry, sharpening her eye for detail and high-end composition. After ten years of evolving through every level of tattooing, Brittney opened INNER WORK. It is the result of that journey. A private, atmospheric studio designed for a more intentional, one-on-one experience. Specializing in art that flows naturally with the body’s anatomy, Brittney brings the same level of precision to a single fine-line detail as she does to a large-scale project. For her, the "inner work" is the focus and discipline required to turn a vision into a permanent masterpiece.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to me and are reserved specifically for you. I understand that life happens; however, to protect my time, creative process, and business, the following policies strictly apply: • RETAINERS & CANCELLATIONS: All retainers and design fees are non-refundable. This covers time, immediate research, custom design prep, and admin work. Because dates are held exclusively for you, choosing to discontinue a project (at any stage) results in a forfeited retainer. • RESCHEDULING: Life happens! You get one complimentary move with at least 48 hours’ notice. Any subsequent reschedules will require a new retainer to re-secure a date. • LATE ARRIVALS & NO-SHOWS: To respect both of our time, arriving 30+ minutes late or missing a session without notice results in a cancelled appointment and forfeited retainer.
